Meet the Team

Tammy Ogden - Curriculum Leader

Tammy qualified in 1975 where she worked in London for a major  Beauty Clinic. She then left to set up her own company after moving to Lincolnshire.  She then decided to join Boston College as a lecturer where she has gained numerous professional qualifications as well as Management and teaching Qualifications.  Tammy is now a senior member of Hair and Beauty staff at Boston with responsibility for 3 sites at Boston, Spalding and Louth.

Cath Cole - Tutor and Lecturer

Cath has been teaching for the past 6 years but qualified 9 years ago. Cath is an Internal Verifier and an Assessor. She has 18 years salon experience since qualifying with her Level 3 Qualification. Cath still works as practising Therapist seeing around 20 clients of her own per month.

Ashley Worthington - Tutor and Lecturer

Ashley has 10 years teaching experience with Boston College where she has also become an assessor. Prior to that, she was a beauty and holistic therapist for around 18 years.

Hazel Harris - Tutor and Lecturer

Hazel has worked in Hairdressing for the past 22 years. Hazel has worked in many salons but in 1999 decided to take up Full Time lecturing. Hazel continues with professional and technical qualifications as well as dealing with a growing amount of 14-19 year old work at the Colleges.
